Salary: $107 Per hour

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and models to process large volumes of data efficiently.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and provide insights to guide decision-making.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and identify opportunities to apply new techniques to improve existing models.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms such as AWS SageMaker or Google Cloud AI.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with deploying machine learning models in production.
• Published research papers or contributions to open-source machine learning projects.
