Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ML Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior ML Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms that will drive insights and provide valuable predictions for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved with machine learning solutions.
• Develop data pipelines and data processing systems to support machine learning models.
• Conduct data analysis and model evaluation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing machine learning models.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply them to enhance our models.
• Lead and mentor junior ML engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for machine learning models and processes.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges in the machine learning process.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of data manipulation and visualization tools such as SQL, Pandas, or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience with developing data pipelines and deploying machine learning models to production.
