Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal ML Engineer to lead our team in developing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and solutions. As a Principal ML Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the technical vision and strategy for our ML projects. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating machine learning models and systems to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of machine learning models and systems, from ideation to deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Mentor and guide a team of ML engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with data scientists to identify and collect the necessary data for training and testing ML models.
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for training.
• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient ML pipelines.
• Conduct experiments and evaluate the performance of different ML models to identify the best solution for a given problem.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of ML systems in production.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into our ML development process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering ML projects from ideation to deployment.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and data mining techniques.
• Extensive experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and other database technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
