Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ML Developer to join our dynamic team. As an ML Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models that will drive our company's products and services. You will work closely with our data scientists, engineers, and product managers to ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge ML solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends that can be used to improve our ML models.
• Optimize and fine-tune existing ML models to improve their performance and accuracy.
• Develop data pipelines and workflows to support the training and deployment of ML models.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that can be easily understood and maintained by others.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing machine learning algorithms and models.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java, with experience in using ML libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Experience working with large datasets and using SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques, feature engineering, and model evaluation methods.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
