Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI algorithms and models to solve complex business problems
Conduct research and implement advanced machine learning techniques
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and provide technical guidance
Analyze and evaluate large datasets to train and test AI models
Continuously improve the performance and accuracy of existing AI systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development, preferably in a senior or lead role
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or deep learning is a plus
Proven track record of successfully delivering AI solutions in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
