Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Principal AI Engineer to lead our AI development team and drive the development of our next-generation AI products. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions that will improve our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI development team and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Design and implement data collection and processing strategies to ensure the accuracy and quality of data used in AI models.
• Develop testing and validation processes to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of AI solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in AI engineering and apply them to enhance our products and services.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure coding standards are met.
• Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure the team's success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in AI development with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of AI engineers.
• Extensive experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with data processing tools such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
