Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-based solutions for our products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for incorporating AI.
• Build and maintain AI models, algorithms, and data pipelines.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing AI solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in AI technologies and techniques.
• Mentor and coach junior AI developers, providing guidance and support when needed.
• Collaborate with other AI developers to share knowledge and best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI, providing guidance and advice to other teams within the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in developing AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, etc.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Experience with data mining, data visualization, and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
