Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Natural Language Processing Engineer to join our team and help us develop cutting-edge NLP solutions. As a NLP Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying NLP algorithms and models to extract insights and meaning from large volumes of text data. You will work closely with our data scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts to build robust and scalable NLP solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement NLP algorithms and models to extract insights and meaning from unstructured text data.
• Collaborate with data scientists and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and design NLP solutions that address them.
• Use machine learning techniques to improve the accuracy and performance of NLP models.
• Build and maintain linguistic resources such as ontologies, lexicons, and rule-based systems.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and apply them to improve our solutions.
• Optimize NLP models to handle large volumes of data in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality and error-free NLP solutions.
• Document and communicate technical approaches and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate NLP solutions into production systems.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in NLP and share your knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NLP Engineer, Data Scientist, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts, techniques, and algorithms such as text classification, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, named entity recognition, and information extraction.
• Hands-on experience with NLP packages and libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, Gensim, and TensorFlow.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of data processing tools and techniques such as SQL, Hadoop, and Spark.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
