Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of NLP solutions to solve complex business problems and improve user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design NLP solutions that meet those needs.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP techniques, algorithms, and tools.
Develop and maintain NLP models for tasks such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, topic modeling, and text classification.
Train and fine-tune NLP models using large datasets.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of NLP models through rigorous testing and evaluation.
Optimize NLP models for scalability and performance.
Mentor and guide junior NLP engineers in developing their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate NLP solutions into our products and services.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to NLP and recommend improvements to existing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing NLP solutions.
Strong understanding of NLP concepts, techniques, algorithms, and tools.
Proven experience in developing and deploying NLP models in production environments.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Familiarity with NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Experience with data preprocessing and cleaning techniques.
Solid understanding of machine learning principles and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
