About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Deep Learning Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Deep Learning Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing cutting-edge deep learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with our data science and engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative deep learning solutions that will drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in deep learning to design and develop high-performing and scalable deep learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions using deep learning techniques.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in deep learning, and apply that knowledge to improve existing models and develop new ones.
• Develop and maintain a deep learning platform that enables efficient data ingestion, model training, and deployment.
• Utilize various data sources and preprocess data to ensure the quality and integrity of the data used for deep learning models.
• Work closely with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure timely delivery of accurate data to the models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy deep learning models into production systems.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance and continuously improve models to achieve better accuracy and efficiency.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, and actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide insights and recommendations based on model outputs.
• Collaborate with the product team to integrate deep learning models into existing products and develop new products that leverage deep learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing deep learning models and algorithms in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of deep learning concepts and algorithms such as CNNs, RNNs, and GANs.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and knowledge of data preprocessing techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
