Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans and strategies for new and existing products.
Conduct manual and automated tests to identify and report any issues or bugs.
Collaborate with developers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Continuously improve and update testing processes and procedures to enhance the overall quality of our products.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and any other relevant information.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in QA methodologies and tools.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a QA role, preferably in a software development environment.
Proven experience with manual and automated testing tools and methodologies.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and QA processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
