About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Mobile App Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Principal Mobile App Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our company's mobile applications, ensuring their functionality, usability, and performance. You will work closely with our product team to deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and innovative mobile solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of our company's mobile applications, both for iOS and Android platforms
• Collaborate with the product team to define project specifications, timelines, and deliverables
• Design, develop, and implement mobile applications that are user-friendly, visually appealing, and high-performing
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during the development process
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile app development and incorporate them into our projects
• Mentor and train junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and QA testers, to ensure a seamless development process
• Test and optimize mobile applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability
• Ensure that the mobile applications meet all security and compliance requirements
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of the mobile applications, implementing necessary updates and enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in mobile app development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Strong knowledge of Swift, Objective-C, Java, and Kotlin programming languages
• Solid understanding of mobile app development frameworks, such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality mobile solutions
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and services, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
