Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services, including user manuals, online help systems, and release notes
Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product managers to gather information and validate technical accuracy of documentation
Organize and manage documentation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to documentation standards
Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand language for our target audience
Continuously improve and streamline our documentation process, tools, and templates
Mentor and train junior technical writers on best practices and standards for technical writing
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technical writing and incorporate them into our documentation process

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical writer, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
Strong understanding of technical writing principles and standards, with experience creating technical documentation for software products or services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Proficiency in using documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
Attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality and accurate documentation
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Portfolio or samples of previous work is required
