Job Description: As the Lead Deep Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and researchers to develop and implement deep learning algorithms and models for our AI products. You will work closely with our data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of deep learning engineers to develop innovative AI solutions.
• Conduct research on cutting-edge deep learning techniques and algorithms.
• Design and implement deep learning models for various AI applications, such as computer vision, natural language processing, and speech recognition.
• Collaborate with data scientists to identify and collect relevant datasets for training and testing deep learning models.
• Optimize and fine-tune existing deep learning models for better performance.
• Develop tools and frameworks to streamline the training and deployment of deep learning models.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in deep learning and AI technologies and integrate them into our products.
• Mentor and coach junior members of the team, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in deep learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of deep learning fundamentals, including neural networks, convolutional networks, recurrent networks, etc.
• Experience with popular deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
