React ve Next js üzerinde çalışmalar yaptım yapmaya devam ediyorum. Redux ve Context Api ile state yönetimi yapabilmekteyim. Ayrıca, Node js'deki express framework kullanarak Rest Api oluşturabilirim. Yeni teknolojik gelişmeleri yakından takip etmekteyim. Hızlı düşünen ve çabuk öğrenen birisiyim, insan ilişkilerim kuvvetlidir ve bulunduğum ortama kolay adapte olurum. Yeniliklere oldukça açık; meraklı, araştırmacı bir kişiliğe sahibim. Aynı zamanda ekip çalışmasına uygun biriyim. Yeni ve profesyonel deneyimler kazanabileceğim bir işte çalışmak istiyorum.
Working at Lobox has allowed me to delve into the intricacies of human resource management while leveraging my technical background to enhance organizational processes. My role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, ensuring the right talent aligns with the company’s vision and culture. I have implemented data-driven strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention, leading to a measurable increase in overall productivity. Additionally, I have contributed to streamlining HR workflows by integrating modern tools and technologies, fostering a culture of efficiency and collaboration. One of my proudest achievements has been designing an onboarding program that received outstanding feedback from new hires, further solidifying our employer brand.
Saas Project which is a payment gateway of a large application working with Oracle, SAP, Sales Force. Most challenging part of the migration was maintaining old Python code and implement everything as same as from old code-base to new one and Refactor it same time.
Remote work showed me that I have so much time to spend on learning new technologies and implementing it on our project. Which is a data browsing system for larger companies and big government statistic data serializers. FE stack is React with TS, Redux, and for testing Jest (React-testing-lib)
Working with highly challenging projects like (asanlogin.my.gov.az, my.gov.az) creating front and some backend modules for getting the best optimized user experience and fast data transformation as possible and dynamic conversion of old soap services to rest service and providing this to all clients and organizations of government of Azerbaijan
During my internship at TechGen, I gained hands-on experience in software development, working closely with a team to create user-friendly front-end applications. This role demanded a high level of precision and adaptability as I navigated various programming challenges and collaborated on agile development projects. My contributions included debugging and optimizing code for performance, which not only strengthened my technical skills but also deepened my appreciation for teamwork and effective communication within technical teams. This experience sparked my interest in the human side of technology, laying the foundation for my transition into HR.
Worked team with responsibilities like front - end of BPM and Creditors UI for customer registration and credit scoring, backend modules some of them was in Nodejs (Express) like API gateways and some others like PDF- generators and payment with bank cart module.
